These terms govern your organization's use of the Mooneum platform, including the Treasury, Pay, Trade, Earn, and Developers apps. By creating an organization or using the apps, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Mooneum is non-custodial by default: your organization is responsible for its own keys and assets unless you explicitly opt into a custodial flow. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for actions taken by members of your organization.

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the app.
